Brief outage today at 10:30 PDT

The brief outage today was caused by an event that caused the line card on one of our routers to crash. The router failed over to the standby but it took some time for the routes to re-propagate This is the only time this has happened in the last 5 years. We have plans to replace this router. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
